Monday 22nd October at 5pm

To enter download and complete an application form:

• Right-click on your chosen category form
• choose 'save as'
• Complete the downloaded document and email to softwareawards@targetinginnovation.com. 

Alternatively, applications can be sent by post to: 

Scottish Software Awards, Targeting Innovation Ltd, 3rd Floor Atrium Court, 50 Waterloo Street, Glasgow, G2 6HQ. 

Applications can also be sent by fax to: 0141 572 1608.
